Delete your ThreadCam account

In the app

  1. Open ThreadCam on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@ruvixlabs.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.

What happens

  • We delete your account (sign-in details), your AI credits, your designs saved to the cloud and the AI images we store for you.
  • Any plan you bought on threadcam.com stops renewing. You aren't charged again.
  • Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play aren't cancelled automatically. Cancel them in your Apple Account settings (Subscriptions) or in the Play Store (Payments & subscriptions).
  • We keep payment and tax records that the law requires, and anonymous usage records that can't identify you.
  • Designs saved only on your phone stay there until you delete the app.
