By accessing and using ThreadCam ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ThreadCam is a mobile application that allows users to create custom t-shirt designs using 3D visualization technology. The App provides tools for designing, previewing, and exporting clothing mockups.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without proper authorization

6. Premium Features and Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Subscription terms, including pricing and billing cycles, are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ThreadCam and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThreadCam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
