Email support@ruvixlabs.com. Tell us what happened, and include your order number or the email on your account if you have one. We usually reply within two working days.

Printed orders

• Your confirmation email has your order number. We email you again with a tracking link when it ships.
• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll reprint it or refund you.
• Each item is made for you, so we can't take returns for change of mind or the wrong size. Check the size before ordering.

ThreadCam in ChatGPT

• Mention ThreadCam in a chat and describe your design, or attach your artwork, to see it on a 3D garment.
• You can connect an existing ThreadCam account from the panel. To disconnect it, remove ThreadCam in ChatGPT's settings under Plugins.
• What we receive from ChatGPT and how long we keep it is in our privacy policy.
